JONATHAN WILLIAMSON
-President
Jonathan Williamson is a native to the oil industry in upstate New York, with over 33 years of experience. He began working in the industry at the young age of 7, washing and performing maintenance to his family's fuel delivery trucks. During his tenure in the fuel industry, Jonathan has administered both retail and wholesale operations. Today, Jonathan manages Keys Energy with a primary focus on marketing and development of existing and new customers. Jonathan holds a Masters in Business Administration from Lynn University, with a degree in Marketing. He currently lives in Palmyra, NY with his two daughters, and one son. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating.

JOSH DABELLA
-Operations Manager
Josh joined Keys Energy of New York in November 2019, bringing with him over 15 years of management and ownership experience. Josh is well versed in an array of fields, from credit account management to wholesale distribution. His strong leadership, mathematical, analytical and content management skills will enhance Keys’ ability to service customers effectively and efficiently. Josh, and his wife Dana reside in Webster, NY and share two daughters. In his spare time, Josh enjoys golf, bowling and spending time with family and friends.

DEAN WILLIAMSON
-Director of Sales
Dean, like his brothers Larry and David Williamson, has spent his entire career in the petroleum industry. He was Vice President of Marketing and Operations when the brothers owned Pal Energy. After selling the Heating Oil and Propane business, he later went on to run the family owned Pal Mart Convenience Store Chain. He is President of IPT LLC, a deep water port terminal located on the Hudson River near Albany, NY. He has served on a local bank board, is a past President of NY State Ducks Unlimited and is Past President of the Oil Heat Institute of Upstate New York.

VINCENT PALLINI
-Business Development Associate
Vince joined the Keys Energy of New York team in September 2018, bringing with him over 39 years of experience in sales via direct, management and operations in a number of industries. Vince has the ability to listen to the needs and expectations of clients, and potential clients, to match them to the right fuel buying solution and exceed their expectations. Vince has a BA in Business and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.  He is a life-long resident of the Rochester area and has been married for 37 years with three children and two dogs.  He is also a part-time musician and has played in a few bands locally.  He also enjoys a round of golf occasionally.

SEAN NOLAN
-Regional Sales Manager
Sean joined the Keys Energy of New York team in September 2018. Sean has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from SUNY Oswego. His exposure to sales and finance was built on his ability to foster and expand customer relationships. Sean works side by side with the diverse sales force at Keys, constructing competitive solutions for current and future customers. In his spare time, Sean enjoys the many recreational activities the Finger Lakes Region has to offer. You can find him on the links or supporting the local P.C.C. JENNIFER BAYLARK
-Operations Administrator
Jenn is a well versed operations professional with experience in financial, legal and educational fields. She puts her can-do approach to work, finding ways to improve processes through better use of technology. Jenn especially enjoys taking on new challenges and putting her skills to work finding creative solutions. Her role on the Operations team will give her the opportunity to provide effective reporting internally, as well as service the customers through operational support.
